This is why Cyber Insurance is booming


Home Depo had $100,000,000 in cyber insurance and a $7,500,000 deductible. So they're only out $27,000,000 this quarter, and only $6,000,000 after insurance.

This is why Cyber Insurance is the new big thing. I cannot imagine any incident from the pre-cyber days that could cost a megacorporation like Home Depot enough to justify a $100,000,000 policy.
